RHA is currently seeking public comment on its draft PHA Annual Plan for 2026, which will be effective on January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027.
RHA is also seeking public comment on its draft FY2027-2031 5YR PLAN, which will be effective on January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2031.
The public review and comment period will run from June 24, 2026 through September 11, 2026. Both the FY2027 Annual Plan and the 2027-2031 5YR plan are available on our Annual Plans & Financial Reports page.
To be considered for incorporation into the plan, written comments must be submitted no later than 4:00 pm on September 11, 2026 to Michael Bishop via email at msb@rentonhousing.org or mail to RHA, Attn: Michael Bishop, 2900 NE 10th St., Renton, WA 98056-3133.
A Public Hearing on the 2027 Annual Agency Plan and 2027-2031 5YR Plan will be held on September 22, 2026 at 3PM. Contact Michael Bishop for registration information.
