Renton Housing Authority uses a single application for all properties. Please review all information about the application process and the eligibility criteria for your desired properties BEFORE you begin your application. Applying for housing where you do not meet the qualifying requirements will cause a delay in the processing of your application. You can view our Housing Application page for information regarding the application process. At this time, our wait lists for most subsidized and senior housing is closed.
